Low Intensity Steady State Cardio (LISS Cardio)

This mode of training is very popular, it takes extended periods of time, completing a low difficulty rating (4-6 RPE) form of cardio. This is very often used as part of a structured plan where athletes or individuals wish to burn more calories or make gradual behavioural change to a higher daily activity level, by engaging in some exercise on a daily basis.
