What is “Online Coaching”? How does it work?

What does the Nutritional Guidance Include?
Alongside your progressive training plans, Jeff will teach you how to establish new eating habits and restore a healthy relationship with food.
Once you have mastered these fundamental habits, you will begin to incorporate a more flexible dieting approach allowing Jeff to optimize your results in the Gym.

Jeff is an expert in Fat Loss, Lean Muscle Gain, and all-round Strength Development with years of hands-on experience with in-person and online clients.
