The main Lat Pulldown muscles worked are:

  • Latissimus dorsi
  • Trapezius
  • Rhomboids
  • Biceps Brachii
  • Brachialis
  • Teres Major


Although the Lat Pulldown exercise trains most of the muscles in the back the main Lat Pulldown muscle worked is the Latissimus Dorsi muscle.
