
The main Lat Pulldown muscles worked are:
- Latissimus dorsi
- Trapezius
- Rhomboids
- Biceps Brachii
- Brachialis
- Teres Major
Although the Lat Pulldown exercise trains most of the muscles in the back the main Lat Pulldown muscle worked is the Latissimus Dorsi muscle.
